We offer a collection and delivery service for Mac, PC and Console Repairs. We partner with DPD to enable collections all over the UK.

- We offer our own collection and return service within a 10 mile distance from our store (i.e. Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole).
- Our driver has protective casing for laptops, MacBooks and iMacs, so there is no need to package your item.
- Any cancellation of repairs is subject to a diagnostic fee equal to half the cost of the labour charge.
Please note – this is a request; filling out this form does not mean a collection has been booked, a member of staff will always call back to confirm whether or not a collection can be faciliated, and to discuss the repair.
DPD Collection & Delivery – £30 Extra
We also offer DPD for our collections and deliveries – they provide you with a one hour time slot on your chosen collection day. When your driver gets close, you can track them via your tracking link (sent via email).
Insurance coverage is available for £20 extra.
Coming soon – No packaging required! Your driver will bring a padded box, collect your Mac, and place it within. The box is zip tied shut, and the label is stuck on.
Have your device collected from home or work, with absolutely no extra work required – just hand over your Mac with no packaging required. This saves you time and money on having to box up your device, resulting in an easy, convenient repair.

Great place for uni students to use for laptops. Fixed laptop same day when fan was buzzing/whirring within an hour. Cost is good, and had quick responses to issue and concerns when using their WhatsApp messaging system

I recently had my 2017 iMac fail. I put quote requests out none replied, only bits. I was told the price for repairs up front. They fitted a new power supply which got it working but found another fault on the motherboard which they fixed. I was kept informed and had explanation of my repairs. I would recommend them for a first class price and service. Well done to all.

This company is great. I dropped my MacBook and needed a new screen started of and messaged them on their WhatsApp link and they gave me costs and explained the process. When I arrived there the lady on the reception was really nice had a small chat and we picked it up later that day and Mac screen is like new really impressed with their services. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys

After shopping around for a reasonably priced MacBook Air screen replacement and receiving several quotes that were far from affordable, I came across BITS through a recommendation on Perplexity.
From the outset, their pricing, repair process, and use of genuine parts were clearly explained and very reassuring. They arranged free collection via Royal Mail, the repair was completed within 24 hours, and the device was delivered back to me the very next working day.
The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and excellent value for money. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and would highly recommend BITS to anyone needing reliable and professional Apple repairs.
I had a really positive experience of BITS. I took in my iMac in with a suspected power supply issue, mid-afternoon. The following morning (just 18 hours later) I was contacted to say that the replacement power supply was fitted and diagnostic checks were complete. I went in to collect and was given space and time to start-up and check the computer.
I'm really pleased with the service as well as the courteous and efficient dealings with Muhammad and Adam. Good price too, I imagine a fraction of the Apple price!

Awesome service. Repaired my Mac 2020 M1 screen within 48 hours! Very happy.
Very helpful, took my laptop for the first time and got it fixed super quickly. There seemed to be a problem a little after with the screen, took it in again and they sorted it out very quickly again and with no fuzz under the warranty, even gave me advice on other non-related problems I had. Decent!

Great job. My daughter had destroyed the screen and chassis of her iPad pro 12.9 and then it stopped working. BITS were up front and transparent about costs, they ordered a new motherboard, replaced the screen and put in a new charging port. All for a fair price. Good comms, nice people. I was worried about getting ripped off when searching for someone to do the repair work. I made a good choice, recommend💯,thanks guys 👍
