Unable to get down to our store? Book a collection, and a member of staff can collect your device from your home or work address.
We offer a free collection and delivery service for Mac, PC and Console Repairs within a 5 mile radius, subject to availability.

| If your address is further than 10 miles away from our shop address, we may have to use a courier service – please call us on 01202 767 929 to discuss. We only use Royal Mail for collection and delivery – we will not use Hermes, Yodel, etcetera. | ||

Once you send your request, a member of staff will be in touch to discuss your repair options, pricing and collection date/time – we will always contact you to understand your problem first before we collect.
- We offer a collection and return service within a 10 mile distance from our store (i.e. Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole).
- Our driver has protective casing for laptops, MacBooks and iMacs, so there is no need to package your item.
- Any cancellation of repairs is subject to a diagnostic fee equal to half the cost of the labour charge.
Please note – this is a request; filling out this form does not mean a collection has been booked, a member of staff will always call back to confirm whether or not a collection can be faciliated, and to discuss the repair.
