Backups only target your data (i.e. everything in Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Music, Photos, Videos) - no Applications are included. We do not erase data as part of a repair. You may benefit from this service if you require a re-install/factory reset/new drive fitted. This is not data recovery (does not cover deleted data, failing drive, corrupted data).

A full valet includes an internal de-dust with an air compressor removing the maximal amount of contaminates and an external clean with anti-static detergent.

VIP Service pushes your job to the top of the queue for assessment ASAP - this will speed up the repair but does not offer a guaranteed repair turnaround as it depends on the issue.
